She's a professional. Right up to the page where she isn't.

Short adult comics about women who are very good at their jobs (a hot-yoga instructor, an ASMR voice artist, a luxury-condo coordinator) and the private session that doesn't go by the book.

The Hot Room cover: Aya, a yoga instructor in a grey zip jacket, smiling in the doorway of a warm, candlelit studio with a cork mat under her arm.

New release · The hot-yoga instructor · 12 pages · Complete story · Adults only

Session five. Private breathwork, 9 PM. Forty degrees.

Marco's first four private sessions with Aya were real yoga. The fifth is booked as breathwork, and she runs it the way she runs every class: patient, precise, completely in charge of the room. Her voice never changes. The lesson does.

  • Aya, in a grey long-sleeve top and joggers, kneels on a cork mat setting out a yoga block in the warm, candlelit studio.
  • Aya sits cross-legged on a mat in the amber-lit studio, striking a small brass singing bowl.
  • Aya, in a grey zip jacket, smiles in the studio doorway holding a folded towel and a steel water bottle.

What you're getting into

Every comic is a whole story, not a folder of pin-ups: a slow burn and an ending that doesn't cut away. Her composure is the story: the steady voice, the polite smile, the schedule she keeps to the minute, and every page where it holds a little less.
